General Information. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the Tapeeze website or app. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.  Tapeeze reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately.  

Terms and Conditions (Purchase Policy)

Orders 
Orders are binding once you receive an order confirmation email.  
Tapeeze reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, contains incorrect pricing, or is affected by technical issues.  

 

Payment
Payment options include credit/debit cards, online payment services, or other methods listed at checkout.  
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Tapeeze does not store your payment details.  

 

Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.  
Any additional fees, such as customs or duties for international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty
Warranty for Tapeeze products is X years from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents or incorrect use. The order confirmation is your warranty. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to Tapeeze.

 

Return and exchange policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The notification must be done to support@tapeeze.com. The message must contain your order number and the reason for the return.

 

The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Tapeeze. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned products will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping Options and Costs 
Tapeeze offers the following shipping options:  
   - Standard Shipping:** 49 KR (free for orders over 600 KR)  
 

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:  
   - Standard Shipping:** 5–7 business days  
 

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs, or holidays.  

Order Processing
Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** of payment confirmation.  
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.  

 

International Shipping
International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.  
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred.
