Get the Tapeeze app from the App Store or Google Play. The app is your hub for managing your card and unlocking all its features.

Log in to the Tapeeze app
Sign up with your email and follow the easy step-by-step instructions within the app.
- Activate Your Card
Hold your Tapeeze card against your phone’s NFC reader when prompted to complete the activation process.
Important Note:
Currently, you’ll need to use the Fidesmo app to connect your bank card. Don’t worry—it’s simple!
- Follow the steps in the Tapeeze app until you reach the "Connect Bank Card" section.
- You’ll be automatically redirected to the Fidesmo app.
- Download the app
- Select "Add Wearable" to proceed. No account creation is needed in the Fidesmo app. Add the same email adress when adding your card information, as you did in Tapeeze app.
Once completed, your Tapeeze card will be ready to use for payments and other features!
Start activationprocess
- Once logged in, tap “Activate Card” on the home screen.
- The app will guide you to activate your Tapeeze card using your phone’s NFC reader.
Add your Tapeeze card
- Hold your Tapeeze card against your phone’s NFC reader.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation. This process typically takes less than a minute.
Connect your bank card to the Tapeeze card
- After activation, the app will prompt you to link your Tapeeze card to your existing bank card.
- Select “Link Bank Card” and follow these steps:
- The app uses secure tokenization technology to connect your cards, ensuring your data remains private and protected.

Additional Tips
- Lost or Stolen Card: If you lose your Tapeeze card, you can pause or deactivate it directly in the app. Your linked bank card will remain unaffected.
- Multiple Cards: You can link multiple Tapeeze cards to the same bank card and manage them separately in the app.
